BY USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREEMENT, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY EXIT OR RENGE.


END USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICES (TOS)


Web Design, Hosting, Building, Domain Registration, Blog and Forum Set Up:
  • ·        All materials for web site designing will be supplied by clients
  • ·        First Three pages of sites are free at no cost
  • ·        Materials are to be saved in Flash Drives; CD's or sent to Menog by email.
  • ·        Design will take between two to three weeks
  • ·        All Clients (corporate and Individuals) are to be duly identified. Companies must provide their registration certificates while individuals must submit a copy of their national ID cards or International passport or Driver's license.
  • ·        No web site or blog or forum will be used for illegal purpose or fraudulent reasons. Such clients will be duly handed to the law enforcement agents.
  • ·        Emails are attached to every hosting account.
  • ·        Use of email for fraudulent purpose will be decisively dealt with.
  • ·        Installation of blog for clients will be done by Menog if advertised as such or paid for. Otherwise, we will only provide hosting services and clients will install their blog, forum and design of web site.
  • ·        Clients will have to read the terms of service of any internet program they are engaged in as Menog will not be liable.
  • ·        Clients will not and must not click on adverts on their blog site for pay per click programs such as adsense as such programs will terminate their account for fraudulent clicks.
  • ·        Menog will not be liable for clients' use of their web site or email addresses.
  • ·        Menog can check your hosting network at any time without notice to guide against use of our network for fraudulent purpose.
  • ·        Menog will terminate or suspend any web services not paid for after one notice.
  • ·        Any additional web design page or update attracts a fee.
  • ·        Menog can terminate your account without notice if it is found you are using it for fraud or scam.
  • ·        All clients will pay for site maintenance, blog maintenances or add-On's.
  • ·        Clients will set up their email account at any time.
  • ·        Menog will not take responsibility of setting up email accounts for client
  • ·        All hosting fee and domain fee must be paid up-to-date or account will be terminated or suspended as and when due.
  • ·        All clients will renew their services one month to expiration as Menog will not bear responsibility if such account is terminated by our provider.
  • ·        Web site, blogs, forum, hosting and domain registration is on first-come-first-serve basis and it is paid annually.
  • ·        Domains that has entered redemption or demurrage attracts a redeemable fee of $200 and so all domain must be renewed before they expire.
  • ·        Menog will not monetize domain for any individual.
  • ·        All parking services or monetization will be paid for, otherwise, our service is just to register domain and that's all.
  • ·        All support issues will be directly addressed at support@menogdomain.com



Our Products:
  • ·        Menog grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to the use of our programs or materials with which this license is distributed (Our School materials,ebooks, Cds.  Videos and Materials), including the key and passwords as well as any documentation that is accompanying materials that are given to any of our students or purchased from our store either online or offline.
  • ·        Our software, Videos or ebooks and script are meant for your personal use, unless otherwise stated for which you have paid the license fee, and to make one backup copy of the Software, provided that: (i) the Software, or video or ebooks or Cd is installed on only one personal computer; (ii) NOT modified; (iii) all copyright notices are maintained on the Software, or video or ebooks or Cd; and (iv) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
  • ·        Any of our products with resell rights or Private Label Right can be used with the right or distributed free if purchased or otherwise.
  • ·        The Software, or video or ebooks or Cd shall be used only by you, only for your own personal or internal business use and not in the operation of a service bureau or for the benefit of any other person or entity.
  • ·        Any defective materials (Videos, Cds, ebooks) purchased from our store or any of our accredited agents or representative must be duly reported to us within one week of purchase or it will be void.
  • ·        Use of our products or materials is at your own risk and we are not liable from any act resulting from it.
  • ·        Our techniques, strategies and results are based on our experience, use of Computers, Internet and research as well as our ability to invest our time and money.
  • ·        You will need to spend money in running programs online.
  • ·        Our products are not accounting or legal guides and so you must seek same from the relevant agency before you invest if you need to.
  • ·        Your ability to read and understand English language is a major factor to your success.
  • ·        There are no extra services attached to the purchase of our materials. If you need any service, then it has to be paid for.
  • ·        Our materials that are money back guarantee will be stated while those that are not money back guarantee will also be clearly stated
  • ·        All payments for domain registration are non-refundable.
  • ·        Our money back guarantee policy applies within 15 days of purchase.
  • ·        All materials that are to be refunded must be duly returned to Menog.

  •         Students are to ake arrangement with staff if they so need accommodation and feeding.
  • ·        All fees must be concluded before materials are given to students.
  • ·        Your tuition does not cover investments, domain and set up.
  • ·        Certificates are to be awarded during graduation.
